Matsuda Sangyo Co., Ltd. and its domestic subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as the “Group”) understand that personal information is an important asset and recognize that handling personal information properly is an important duty of the Group. The Group clarifies the purpose of use when acquiring personal information, and acquires personal information in a lawful and fair manner.
3.Use of personal information
The Group will properly use personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.

- correspondence with our customers, payment record preparation processes concerning remuneration/fees, dividend/surplus distribution, and fees for the use of real estate, etc., as well as other processes required by laws and regulations
- (2) Specific personal information of directors/employees and their dependents
- declaration/notification processes concerning tax withholding and residents’ tax, notification processes concerning social insurance/employment insurance, etc., and other processes required by laws and regulations
4.Provision of personal information to third parties
The Group shall not provide personal information for third parties without obtaining a prior consent of an individual concerned, excluding cases stipulated by laws and regulations.
5.Security management measures concerning personal information
The Group shall take appropriate information security measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, and the loss, alteration, leakage, etc. of personal information, in addition to ensuring the accuracy of personal information.
6.Organization and system
The Group will establish and work to continuously improve systems for appropriately managing personal information, in addition to achieving the proper handling of personal information.
