Matsuda has been engaging for sixty years with full effort to recover precious metals, important resources of the earth. Matsuda will crush and/or burn these wastes, analyze their precious metals content, then refine them. The whole process is carried out under Matsuda's high-grade technology. Besides gold and silver, we also collect and refine platinum, palladium and rhodium, which are difficult to handle without our high-standard technology. The level of technology and the quantity handled always put Matsuda in the top group in this industry.

To actively participate, Matsuda is applying its technological ability to develop and manufacture various products of precious metals. To meet the needs of the electronic industry, Matsuda formed a joint venture company, NIPPON MICROMETAL CORPORATION, with NIPPON STEEL CORPORATION to produce lead materials for semiconductors such as gold bonding wire and evaporating sauce. Its high technological level and sales know-how are highly appreciated by customers.

Matsuda's position in domestic precious metals trading is very strong. We are one of the authorized assayers of the Tokyo commodity exchange for gold, silver, platinum and palladium. Furthermore, our own ingot items have been registered at LBMA (LONDON BULLION MARKET ASSOCIATION), LPPM (LONDON ・ PLATINUM・PALLADIUM・MARKET). As such, the excellent quality of our products has been guaranteed worldwide.

Besides precious metals, Matsuda also supplies raw materials and compounds of aluminum, chromium, nickel, tungsten, etc. We also engage in manufacturing and selling plating chemicals, soldering, contact and scientific analysis tools, clean air filters, etc.

Treatement means we remove adhered metals, then perform precise cleaning on various apparatus used in the semiconductor manufacturing process such as PVD, CVD, etc.
Matsuda precision cleaning uses peeling with the optimum conditions for barrier-metal based materials and wire accumulated on shields. The final cleaning is finishing cleaning using ultra-pure water.
