If you wish to report any action or conduct by officers or employees of the Matsuda Sangyo Group or its group companies that violates or may violate compliance policies or applicable laws and regulations, pursuant to the Whistleblower Protection Act, please submit your report in accordance with the following guidelines:

1. Eligible Users

  • Employees, dispatched employees, retirees of the Matsuda Sangyo Group, and their families.
  • Stakeholders, such as employees of the Matsuda Sangyo Group’s business partners, freelancers (specified contractors), job applicants, and other job seekers.

2. How to Report Please use the reporting form provided via the link on this page. Please note that if you wish to remain anonymous, we may be unable to conduct a thorough fact-finding investigation, take corrective measures, or inform you of the results.

3. Precautions for Use

  • Any information you report or communicate will be shared only with the minimum extent of relevant parties necessary to resolve the matter, unless you give prior consent.
  • You will not be subjected to any detrimental treatment at your employer or workplace on the grounds that you contacted us or made a report.
  • Relevant internal departments of the Matsuda Sangyo Group may contact you or ask questions in connection with the investigation.
  • Reports made falsely, for defamatory purposes against others, or for other improper reasons are outside the scope of protection for internal reporting.
  • If you wish to be informed of the investigation results, the responsible department of the Matsuda Sangyo Group will contact you. Please note that if you do not provide your name, company name, department, or contact information, we cannot inform you of the results. Additionally, please be advised that there may also be cases in which we cannot inform you of the investigation results regardless of whether information is provided.

*"Matsuda Sangyo Group" refers to Matsuda Sangyo Co., Ltd. and all companies in which Matsuda Sangyo Co., Ltd. directly or indirectly owns a majority of the outstanding shares with voting rights or equity interests, or has substantial control.
