When was the company founded?

The company was founded in June of 1956. For details about the history of the company, see the History page in Company Outline.
When was the company first listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange?

Matsuda Sangyo's stock was first traded over-the-counter in 1995. In December of 1999, the company was listed on the Second Section of the TSE, and then in September of 2001, the company moved up to the First Section.
