Change of the Company’s Certified Public Accountant

There was a change of the Company’s certified public accountant on July 1, 2006 pursuant to the Corporation Law Article 337, paragraph 3 Item 1 

 

1. Reason for the change 
The certified public accountant that audited our accounts, the Chuo Aoyama Audit Corporation, on May 10, 2006 received an order to suspend operations from the Financial Services Agency for the 2 months between July 1 and August 31, 2006. As this means that they lose their status to as financial auditors, they have resigned.

3. Effective date 
July 1, 2006 

 

4. Future prospect 
To avoid being without the services of a certified public accountant, the Board of Auditors will choose an interim accountant, in accordance with Corporation Law Article 346, paragraphs 4 and 6.
