Two New Overseas Offices to Be Established

 Matsuda Sangyo will establish two new overseas offices in its precious metals business. Details are as follows.


1. Representative office in Vietnam
　　(1) Name: MATSUDA SANGYO CO., LTD. HANOI REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE
　　(2) Purpose: Conduct market analysis and information gathering and strengthen
         the support framework in the precious metals business.
　　(3) Location: Thang Long Industrial Park, Dong Anh District, Hanoi, Vietnam
　　(4) Representative: Hideyuki Torii

 

2. Sales office in Taiwan
　　(1) Name: MATSUDA SANGYO CO., LTD. TAIWAN BRANCH
　　(2) Purpose: Sell chemicals and other precious metals business products, conduct
         market analysis, and strengthen the support framework in the precious metals
         business.
　　(3) Location: Taiyuan St., Zhubei City, Hsinchu Country 302, Taiwan (R.O.C.)
　　(4) Representative: Takeshi Shingu

 

3. Impact on earnings
The establishment of the two overseas offices will have a minimal impact on earnings in the fiscal year ending March 2012.
