Overseas Subsidiary Starts Operations

Matsuda Sangyo has established a new overseas subsidiary in Bangkok, Thailand. The new company, which is part of the food business segment, has started operations. Details are as follows.  

 

1. Reasons for establishment of subsidiary

The new company was established in Thailand to develop the market for food materials and strengthen local sourcing capabilities in the ASEAN region.

3. Impact on earnings

The start up of the subsidiary will have a minimal impact on earnings in the fiscal year ending March 2013.
