Since our founding Matsuda Sangyo has been delivering egg products such as egg whites, every day, in various forms such as fresh, dried, and frozen. We also stock various types of vegetables and fruits covering a wide range of standards, and origins, and work daily with partner factories worldwide to establish detailed standards and stabilize quality. As a partner in our customers' product development, we are expanding our product lineup to include functional ingredients used in health food and food used in medical care, in addition to food ingredients such as sugars.
We procure frozen and dried vegetables from production areas worldwide, including Japan, China, Southeast Asia, North America, and Europe. By partnering with various suppliers in each country, we support Japan's food industry by ensuring a stable supply throughout the year.

Frozen vegetables
We provide a wide range of frozen vegetables, including frozen whole corn. These can be processed to convenient specifications, such as cutting methods and sizes, to suit various purposes.

Fresh vegetables
We provide fresh vegetables from Japan and overseas mainly to food processing manufacturers. We deliver products as raw materials or cut products, in the to sizes and specifications required by our customers.

Dried potatoes
Procured mainly from the United States, we have an extensive lineup of potato flakes, potato granules, dehydrated potatoes, and other dried potato products.

Tinned/Boil-in-the-bag products
We procure corn produced in Thailand, as well as bamboo shoots, radishes, burdock, lotus root, and other produce from China.

Processed agricultural products
At our overseas contract factories, we develop and sell processed products under private brands, such as kakiage (fried vegetable fritters) and ohitashi (boiled greens in soy sauce).
We handle a wide variety of fruits from various production areas, ranging from frozen fruit to canned fruit and dried fruit.

Imported fruits
We stock a wide range of products mainly from China, Egypt, Vietnam, Chile, and India, among other countries. These range from frozen fruits such as strawberries, melons, bananas, mangoes, and pineapples, to canned mandarin oranges, yellow peaches, and white peaches, and various purees.

Domestically produced fruits
We stock a wide range of products ranging from raw materials to fruit juices, from leading production areas for strawberries, apples, Shine Muscat grapes, Setouchi lemons, yuzu, and other fruits.
Matsuda Sangyo’s Food Business Segment has its origins in the utilization of egg whites that it received from mayonnaise factories. We were the first to distribute egg whites as a functional protein food product.

Liquid eggs
Our liquid eggs are from fresh raw ingredients produced in Japan. They are available in various forms including whole eggs, egg yolks, and egg whites.

Dried eggs
We carry out centralized management from farms in the United States, Argentina, Italy, India, and other countries, all the way to the final product. The product range includes dried egg whites, dried egg yolks, and dried whole eggs.

Frozen eggs
Using fresh ingredients, we first crack and sterilize the eggs before freezing them to offer a wide range of domestic and imported whole eggs, egg yolks, and egg whites.
We handle a wide range of products, including sugar, salt, oil, starch, flour, soy protein, and seasonings.

Functional saccharified ingredients
We handle functional saccharified products such as resistant dextrin, polydextrose, and rare sugars.

Protein-related ingredients
We handle protein ingredients such as collagen peptides and food improving agents (enzyme preparations, etc.) for processed seafood and livestock products.

Sugar, saccharified products, etc.
We handle various sugar-related products, including sugar (from domestic refined sugar manufacturers), imported brown sugar, sugar preparations (produced in Korea), isomerized glucose syrup, reduced sugar syrup, sorbitol, glucose, etc.
